Fulmen Defense is building a premiere Multi-Domain Training Environment in West Africa
Built for modern operations, this facility brings air, land, and maritime training into a single controlled environment in West Africa. Designed for flexibility and scale, it supports everything from small unit instruction to integrated, mission-level execution.
The site includes a fixed-wing capable runway, dedicated airspace for unmanned systems, rotary-wing operations, live-fire ranges, precision shooting areas, CQB lanes, and riverine access. The layout allows units to plan, launch, maneuver, and execute across domains without the constraints typically found in traditional training environments.
Programs are focused on developing cohesive, capable teams combining small arms, precision fires, unmanned systems, maritime operations, and mission planning in complex conditions.
This is a space built for those who understand what it takes to operate effectively where access, terrain, and realism matter.
